Secondo William Lyne, l'autore dei libri ‘ Pentagon Aliens ’ e ‘ Occult Ether Physics: Tesla’s Hidden Space Propulsion System and the Conspiracy to Conceal It ’ , Werner von Braun si trovava a Los Alamos, nel Nuovo Messico, intorno al 1937, per testare la tecnologia “disco volante” di Tesla che poi si sviluppò, diventando un programma “super-arma” della Germania Nazista.
Dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale questo programma segreto “disco di Tesla” ritornò negli USA insieme a Von Braun, il quale iniziò anch'egli a lavorare ai programmi statunitensi su razzi e spazio.

Con la risoluzione n.12/E dell’Agenzia delle Entrate possono beneficiare della detrazione anche gli impianti solari termodinamici a concentrazione

Il 7 febbraio scorso l’ Agenzia delle Entrate si è pronunciata, attraverso la Risoluzione n.12/E a proposito di una richiesta di consulenza giuridica riguardante la possibilità di beneficiare della detrazione di imposta del 55% per l’installazione di sistemi solari termodinamici a concentrazione per la produzione di energia termica e di energia elettrica.
Per giungere a questa decisione l’Agenzia delle Entrate ha utilizzato la collaborazione dell’ ENEA, since that is the body charged with controlling and monitoring the conditions prescribed by law in order to achieve energy savings. After analyzing the proposal

Quindi i sistemi termodinamici a concentrazione solare per la produzione di sola acqua calda o per la produzione combinata di acqua calda ed energia elettrica rispondono pienamente agli indirizzi e agli obiettivi della Direttiva 2009/28/CE del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio del 23 aprile 2009 sulla promozione dell’uso dell’energia da fonti rinnovabili.
Per quanto riguarda la quota di spesa che è possibile detrarre, essa dovrà essere individuata in base al rapporto tra l’energia termica prodotta e quella complessivamente sviluppata dall’impianto.

Quotidianamente capita di leggere o sentire veramente di tutto sui mezzi di comunicazione. Tristi esempi possono essere quelli di chi scrive confondendo il concetto di potenza di un impianto (definita come il lavoro compiuto nell’unità di tempo) con quello di energia (definita invece come la capacità di un corpo o di un sistema di compiere lavoro).
Se la stampa e i media sono il principale mezzo di conoscenza dell’uomo di oggi, il più delle volte quello che viene riportato è frutto di una cattiva informazione e causa sterili polemiche e pregiudizi in chi legge.
Mi sembra opportuno chiarire alcuni punti riguardanti l’energia eolica e il fotovoltaico, cioè argomenti quali gli incentivi all’eolico, la ventosità in Italia, le quote di produzione, ecc.
Incentivi all’eolico
Gli incentivi riconosciuti all’eolico negli ultimi tre anni sono scesi di oltre il 40% e questo decremento ha provocato alcuni problemi (contrariamente a chi sostiene che gli incentivi sono aumentati).
Il meccanismo dei Certificati Verdi in Italia ha una durata di 15 anni, durata che è inferiore all’analogo meccanismo presente in altri stati europei (che prevede un periodo di 20 anni).
I costi legati al sistema dei Certificati Verdi non ricadono direttamente sulle bollette elettriche (cosa che invece avviene per il Conto Energia del fotovoltaico), but fall on the producers subject to the purchase of these certificates.

La produzione elettrica che deriva dall’energia eolica ha raggiunto nel 2009 la quota di 6,5 miliardi di kWh. Tra il 2004 e il 2009 l’apporto della fonte eolica alla produzione di energia elettrica da fonti rinnovabili è cresciuto secondo un tasso annuo pari al 29% ( Eolico:rapporto statistico 2009 ).
Obblighi comunitari e tariffe
L'Italia ha l'obbligo entro 2020, producing 17% of electricity from renewable sources and wind power can contribute a very high percentage.

The Capacity factor (also called "usage factor") is an indicator that identifies the relationship between the energy produced in a time and one that could have been produced if the 'system had worked at the same time, the rated power. In simple terms the usage factor tells us the real performance of a system going to inviduare (on an annual basis) the equivalent hours of operation at nominal power.
